A season of changing colors and the feel of Fall weather reminds it’s time to plan for our Annual Tea Fundraiser at Martha Green’s. Please save the date for Wednesday, September 28, 2022 or Thursday, September 29, 2022 from 4 – 6 pm.
It is a special time for all of us Angels’ Closet Charities to spend a lovely Fall afternoon with our friends, families, and supporters. This past year has been a special one as the kids were back to school and some of us were back to our “in” person jobs. It takes something like the pandemic to make us realize how blessed we are to be together again, share friendships and helping students that need it. With your help, this past year we were able to help students with not only their school clothing, but the graduating seniors with Prom, Grad Night, a Yearbook, and senior portraits (so lovingly donated by Caroline McAllister).
There was a feeling a gratitude for all of us, including the students to be back to some normalcy. It was so touching as some of our students’ siblings didn’t get to go to prom the past two years, so they attended this year’s prom with their brother or sister – how special it was to share these special moments together.
